The incarnation of SARVA MAHASHAKTI for the well being of the world

The word ‘Drishti’ means sight, or what one sees. A natural or casual look at anything is harmless. But it is undeniable that the shafts of sight tinged with the element of jealousy have the power of destroying the thing or the person which they strike. This kind of a evil look is what is called in Tamil and Telugu as Kan Drishti (evil-eye).

To take a common example, the sun-rays falling on earth is harmless. But when a ray of sunlight is focused through lens on an object, it reduces the object to ashes. In the same way, a casual look at something does no harm. If the look bearing the evil qualities like envy, jealousy or any other wicked thoughts fall on an object or person, it as a destructive effect. This is known as evil look.

It is a common observation that the mother fondly applies a black dot on the cheek of her baby with a view to ward off the influence of any evil-eye. She also adopts some traditional rituals like throwing away a lemon after waving it before the baby a number of times, in order to protect him or her from such baneful influence.

On every Friday and New Moon day, shopkeepers burn camphor and break coconut before their shops. Breaking white gourd in front of the shops is also a common practice. Yet others put up a full size white gourd with black and red dots on it, or with some kind of bogy drawn on it so as to act as a charm against evil-eye. Even today these practices are in vogue.

Use of talisman or amulet also has the desirable effect. Some others perform Homas or seek the assistance of an incarnator or Mantrika.

Thus, in short, people restorting to several such practices to protect themselves, their children or any of their belongings from the influence of evil-eye has been an ancient custom. This practice cannot be brushed aside as silly superstition. None of the practices of our ancients were without a meaning or significance. Experience alone can convince us of this truth.

Therefore, that this evil power of an evil look is something which has to be accepted scientifically is being explained today with proper proofs. The convergence of some wicked forces transforming itself into a magnetic wave capable of striking the victim at any unguarded moment is evil look.

In this scientific age, more and more new medicines are being invented to cure many a dreaded disease. But no scientist has ever invented a cure to combat the evil attacks of evil look, nor has anyone attempted to think on these lines. But now there is an urgent need for it – the need to destroy root and branch this great evil power of evil look and thereby protect the earth from its onslaughts.

Sage Agastya, the greatest among the Siddhas (spiritually enlightened ones) of our land, caused a great power to be born. It is the all-power-ful Lord,

Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy

who alone can devour the mighty demon of evil-eye.

This Almighty Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy is the 33rd one of His various incarnations or forms.

He takes after Lord Vishnu as the holder of the Conch and the Discus (Shanku and Chakra); He is the three-eyed one, like Lord Shiva; He is a part of Mother Parashakti as He has the Trident (Tirusholam); and He wields the various weapons which all other Dietes have, in addition to the Mount Lion and the little mouse that keep Him company. In His warrior-like majestic form, this Mahaganapathy stands heroically on a fully blossomed lotus. The Nagadevatas revolve around His head, with darting flames of fire and with fifty one eyes; the Lord now stands in His cosmos grandeur, in His Viswaroopa, with His eyes staring with the force and ferocity of a Rudra.

It is only this Almighty Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy who can kill the mighty demon of evil-eye and thus bring about well-being and prosperity to this world.

The Sage who has broadcast to the world the glory and the knowledge about the timely descent of this Great Lord is the “Gnanasiddhar” Sri Paramjothi Swamiji. Under the Divine instigation of Sage Agastya and the benign grace of Sri Paramjothi Swamiji, the Divine advent of Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy has been made possible.

Shilpashree T. Baskaradoss, a divinely gifted artist of Chennai is the one to whom Sri Paramjothi Swamiji vouchsafed in a dream the vision of Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy. Recalling this unique experience after waking up, the artist sketched the form of the Ganapathy in multi-colour. It was released on the sixtieth birthday of “Gnanasiddhar” Sri Paramjothi Swamiji.

By worshipping the portrait of Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy in homes all the influence caused by the cast of evil-eye upon the members of the family will vanish like mist before sunlight. Worship of this Lord in companies, factories, offices and shops will ward off evil influences and bring about great profit and prosperity. When worship is thus done at many places, the total effect of the vibrations in the ether will work as a force at the global level and thus protect the whole earth from evil forces and thereby bring about peace and prosperity to the entire humanity. Everyone should worship this Deity Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy. All should come together and worship this Ganapathy and become the recipients of His Grace. So says Sri Paramjothi Swamiji.

The words of blessings of Sri Paramjothi Swamiji who has command over the eight Super Powers called the Ashtamahasiddhis, cannot be wrong. This is what he says about the method of worship:

“In homes, the portrait of this Deity may be put up on the wall facing the North. It can be kept in the prayer room or in the drawing room where it can draw the attention of all visitors to the house. In the same way the portrait can be put up in shops, offices and factories.

“Deeparadhana can be offered to this Deity. Honey and Ginger may be offered as oblations”.

May the mighty Lord, Sri Shuba Drishti Ganapathy, who has taken form on the Divine intercession of Sage Agastya and by the benign grace of Sri Paramjothi Swamiji, wipe off all the miseries of the people in the world who suffer as a result of the destructive influence of evil-eye or Kan Drishti, and bestow upon all, lasting peace and prosperity.
